In Karlshamn municipality, you have the opportunity to work in a creative and forward-thinking organization. The Education Administration has about 1,200 employees and is responsible for preschool, primary school, special school, secondary school, municipal adult education, commissioned education, and SFI. Qualifications: We are primarily looking for those who do not yet have a teaching degree but are studying at the Teacher Training College.

Qualifications

We are primarily looking for those who do not yet have a teaching degree but are studying at the Teacher Training College and those who are newly graduated teachers. It is an advantage if you have experience from SFI or have Swedish as a second language. Experience from a multicultural perspective is considered valuable.

We expect you to have pedagogical competence and be able to meet each student based on their specific needs. We also expect you to have experience and familiarity with working with digital learning tools. As a person, you find it easy to collaborate and can take your own initiatives. Great consideration is given to personal suitability.

Job Responsibilities

You will teach within the SFI program when regular staff are on vacation. You should be able to follow the regular teacher's instructions and take responsibility for lesson planning, relevant documentation, and administration.
